		<description>Population density being a factor making wireless service a more expensive venture to undertake - that&#039;s a nice point that I hadn&#039;t considered before now.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;What I usually do to get a CSR that knows what they&#039;re talking about is press the key for French, and then tell the person I only speak English. CSR&#039;s that work in the French support department are usually bilingual, but oddly enough, usually also have a very high level of knowledge and experience with the products they&#039;re supporting. Interesting, no?</description>
