Being Productive By Getting Organized

One of my objectives this year is to plan more, work less but be more productive. To compound the difficulty, I am not the most naturally organized person in the world πŸ˜€ In a recent personal assessment I did lately, out of a score of 10, I scored a 2 for being naturally organized. At the same time, in my role as a leader, getting things done is a critical part of my success. In my natural state, I tend to be distracted by the various β€œproblems” that happen to cross my brain and have the need to want to address them. 2013: A Retrospective

I really like the Scrum retrospective format that I used last year so I decided to use it again this year πŸ™‚ One of the things that I really like about Scrum is the focus on continuous improvement. The retrospective is one the easiest way to allow me to focus on the things I accomplished last year and also think about the changes I want to do for the following year.
